Lilium-SPOT^®2 for sound wave data transfer and application for iOS released

Lilium Otsuka Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan; resident and representative director: Isao Shirasaki) has released “nocopo^® personal” (iOS version), a communication application compatible with Lilium-SPOT^®2, on the App Store.¹⁾

Lilium-SPOT products have not been equipped with data transfer functions such as Bluetooth in order to achieve a low price for personal use, but the newly improved Lilium-SPOT^®2 (sound wave data transfer version) utilizes the “speaker” on the product itself to transmit measurement results to a smartphone using “sound waves” after measurement.²⁾

By connecting the measurement results of Lilium-SPOT^®2 to a smartphone (iPhone) using sound wave data transfer, not only are the results of each measurement recorded, but also the speed of urine production is calculated by measuring and recording the results before and after urination, and a guide to the next toilet timing is provided.

By using “nocopo^® personal” installed on an iOS, the amount of urination each time can be recorded as the difference between the two measurements before and after urination, and the approximate amount of urine that accumulates after urination can be recorded and used as a bladder function assessment reference as a Bladder diary.
